Who are we ?

Created in 2010 when the furnished short and medium-term rental market was developing strongly, the SPLM unites professionals in the industry (estate agents, property managers and other service providers). We work together to satisfy the expectations of both renters and owners while adjusting to regulatory changes and the dynamic market.

• The SPLM facilitates the exchange of information and experiences among its members helping to optimise business models.
• Our Quality and Ethics Charters assist the evolving operating processes of member companies.
• Thanks to our established network of partners (lawyers, tax advisers, insurers, service providers, etc.), we provide members with access to industry experts.
• The SPLM is associated closely with other professional organisations such as UNPLV (a national group promoting holiday lets by regrouping the main portals in the industry), SNPRM (relocation experts) and EHHA (European Holiday Home Association).

The SPLM is the first representative body for furnished rental professionals.
